I am pleased to have two works in the a compelling showcase of local works representing the national Fall of Freedom movement and Sacramento’s own Art of Resistance collective.  THis goes with my belief that artists have a resposibility to record the times in which they live, and should observe and editorialize with their work.

Elk Grove Festival for the Arts

This will be my first festival.  Come on out and support the local arts community!

Northern California Art Association (NCA) Members Show

I am excited to have two pieces in the NCA Member Show, a juried art show, including Yellow Iris Interpretation and Matajilla Poppies (Fried Egg Plant).  There will be a Second Saturday reception and awards ceremony May 8, 5:30-7:30 PM.
